Call for Donations for Hurricane Helene and Milton Survivors
We were deeply saddened by the footage of the catastrophic damage of Hurricane Helene’s disaster. Our sadness deepened further as Hurricane Milton impacted many of the same communities, bringing even more devastation. As a company, it is our duty to give back with our resources. Our communities have had incredible impacts on significant tragedies in the past, and we want to do it again. Our communities have positively impacted significant tragedies in the past, and we want to do it again.
Meathead Movers is calling on the community to donate essential supplies to Convoy of Hope, a global humanitarian, faith-based organization serving people who are impoverished, hungry, and hurting. The organization will transport the items to survivors of the hurricanes in North Carolina and across the Southeast, including Florida.
“Our communities have a remarkable history of coming together in the face of tragedy, and I truly believe we can do it again,” exclaimed Aaron Steed, CEO of Meathead Movers. “We are thrilled to facilitate the purest way of giving to those in need and play a pivotal role in providing direct assistance. The supplies the community donates to our trucks are exactly what will be delivered to hurricane survivors across the Southeast. This is the power of what we’re doing – what we load on the moving truck is what gets delivered.”
