Employees of Meathead Movers served nearly 110 patrons at Fiamme Restaurant and Bar in Thousand Oaks during the recent Girls’ Night Out, which raised more than $7,000 for the United Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way of Ventura County.

Formed in 2007, the leadership council educates and engages women in philanthropy and community service to help empower female foster youth in Ventura County to be self-sufficient and function independently once they leave the foster care system.
