Former silver medalist and world-champion wrestler Sammie Henson will give a motivational speech as part of a meet-and-greet hosted by Meathead Movers on Wednesday.

Henson, who won two national titles at 119 pounds at Clemson before winning his world title in Tehran, Iran, in 1998, won silver at 121 pounds at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

The event featuring the new assistant coach for the Cal Poly wrestling team will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 144 Hind Lane, Suite 140, in San Luis Obispo.
