Crab feast to benefit wrestling program

Meathead Wrestling Club will hold an Olympic crab feast event at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 20 to support its educational wrestling program. The event will feature all-you-can-eat Dungeness crab and keynote speaker, Olympian Sammie Henson.

Henson won a silver medal at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, and won the title of world champion in 1998 wrestling for the United States in Tehran, Iran.

Now, he is the assistant head coach of the Cal Poly wrestling team and takes an active role in the Meathead Wrestling Club.

The feast will take place at the Kennedy Club Fitness Multiplex, 188 Tank Farm Road in San Luis Obispo. Tickets are $40.
