–Meathead Wine Storage, an extension of Meathead Movers, has announced the grand opening of its professional-grade wine storage facility in San Luis Obispo, Calif. The 427-unit facility is a supplementary building to the already existing 92-locker wine storage facility that was first established in 2014 on South Higuera Street.
“It is with great pride that we announce the grand opening of our newest Wine Storage facility here in our hometown of San Luis Obispo,” said Aaron Steed, CEO of Meathead Movers. “A lot of careful planning and time went into developing a facility that we know will continue to meet our promise to our clients of superior service and first-class amenities.”
With redundant and monitored temperature and humidification systems, a 24-hour video surveillance system with LED motion detection lighting, and a backup power plan, these state-of-the-art personal wine lockers are built to ensure peace of mind in customers. Another invaluable benefit clients receive by leasing a locker from Meathead Wine Storage, is the convenience of having wine shipments and/or wine club deliveries made directly to the facility.
To celebrate the occasion, Meathead Wine Storage is partnering with its neighboring business, WineSneak, to a host a grand opening party for the public on May 3 from 5-7 p.m. The community is invited to enjoy local wines, delicious food and exclusive deals on personal Wine Storage lockers.

The new storage facility is located at 4468 Broad Street, Suite 110, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, directly next to WineSneak, across from the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport and at the entrance to the Edna Valley. The space will include 427 self-storage units, holding a minimum of 27 and up to 360 cases, with pricing starting at $39/month. Clients are able to access their storage lockers from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days a year.
