Austin Bozeman is the Operations Manager of the Bakersfield branch at Meathead Movers. Originally from Bakersfield, he was introduced to the company while living on the Central Coast. Austin moved to San Luis Obispo at age 12 and attended San Luis Obispo High School, where he played football, participated in track, and enjoyed weight training. He was a dependable leader on defense and considered a strong safety for his team.

Austin joined Meathead Movers as an athlete mover and quickly excelled with his leadership skills, becoming a Mentor. In 2018, Meathead Movers opened its Bakersfield branch, and Austin saw this as an opportunity to move back home and be closer to his family. With his hard work, determination, and enthusiasm for the company, Austin was promoted to Operations Manager in 2022. His professional growth within the company exemplifies Meathead Movers’ commitment to employee development within the company.

During his time with Meathead Movers, Austin has deeply appreciated giving back to the community and helping wherever possible. He is grateful that the company introduced him to domestic violence awareness, as he finds his work incredibly rewarding when he assists with domestic violence moves. Working for a company that makes a difference in the community and the lives of others gives him a sense of pride.
