Mission Viejo Movers

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company! They packed up and moved my entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in just a few hours, and I was honestly amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They handled everything with so much care while still getting the job done incredibly fast.

Moving can be extremely stressful, but they made the entire process so much easier for me. The team was professional, respectful, hardworking, and worked so well together. They packed everything up, loaded everything, transported it, and got everything moved within just a few hours!

I also really appreciated how great they were with my son. I had my little one with me during the move, and they were so kind, patient, and respectful toward him. They were basically kid-friendly movers! 😂❤️ They never made me feel like he was in the way, and they were genuinely so good with him. That meant a lot to me and made an already stressful day so much easier.

I truly appreciate their hard work, professionalism, speed, and kindness. If you’re looking for movers who will actually go above and beyond, I highly recommend them! They made my move smooth, quick, and stress-free, and I would absolutely use them again.

Thank you so much for all your hard work! You guys were amazing!

Ricardo was very good and helpful

Edit:

Great the company responded! Don’t believe google reviews as businesses can purchase or buy good reviews. Now to clarify. Brett (operations manager) let me know that breaks are covered by me. I did not say anything about a lunch. I said BREAKS! These men sat around while their team lead was wrapping some furniture. There was plenty for them to do in an air conditioned home. They also could have wrapped too which they did not. I have photos and these men took many breaks (counted 10 breaks for 5-10 min 1 day, 4 people and 4 breaks the next day) in between moving things. Not a lunch break but regular breaks. Again if they need to rest okay but when it is taking them over 8 hours to move everything to a storage unit which was 10 mins away now that is an issue.

In regards to the coverage, as you stated this was for a same day move and had no problem paying the coverage as the contract stated but I contested the coverage as your employee did not discuss the coverage and took advantage that my dad was in the HOSPITAL and decided to take advantage of the rush. That is what made me mad! I work with clients and would never take advantage of someone like that! We expect your employees to be trained to explain all the charges. Your own employees even stated to me that this company would give someone a cheap quote and then charge $4000 for the entire move! As you stated, “Upon arriving at the storage facility, the crew encountered several factors that had not been accounted for in the original scope of work.” You’re telling me that people deserve those charges due to not account for circumstances!

I’ve had movers break some things but never have I had movers work so slow so you can charge more.

This is the most horrible moving company I have hired! First, the lady on the phone (Briana Faria) didn’t discuss the extra coverage she charged me. Their operations manager told me that it was obvious that it was an extra charge when she quoted me! Talk about bad service. When I work with my residents I disclose everything not assume my clients know what they are getting!

They took over 8 hours for a 2 bedroom. They took so long the first day that I told them to just do 1 room and I had to do the other one by ourselves. Then their own workers were talking bad about their company saying that this job was an all day job! What kind of company is this!!! The items I needed to move was a dining table and 4 chairs and bench, 2 queen bed frames and mattresses, 2 dressers a tv, a tv stand, center table, and a reclining L-shape couch. Like I said they didn’t even get to the last room which had a king bed (mattress only) and dresser. We finally get to the storage I had prepared and they tell me they are taking my stuff and will come back tomorrow to finish! THEY TOOK MY THINGS!!!! Never had such an unprofessional company like this. Everyone stay away from them.

The next day, the worker tells me that it should be free. Took them over 4 hours to finish the move and then they want to charge me which I disagreed with. Said their manager should be calling me. I had to call them cause they never called. They wanted to charge over $2000 for taking their sweet time and charging some blankets which was never disclosed or on the contract.

Spoke to Brett (operations manager) and he removed the blankets but requested for me to go and remove them all!!!! After it wasn’t disclosed or on the contract! My lawyer told me that they did so many illegal things during my move! My lawyer told me to report them which I will be doing.

Please don’t use them. They are awful and run the timer to charge more. I was quoted $700 and at the end they wanted over $2000. Also Brett told me they charge all breaks they take. I took pictures of some workers not doing anything and according to Brett “he was tired and can take a break”. That’s fine. I’m okay with a break but why are you charging me for that. At the end they did remove some charges but I had to fight tooth and nail with them. Horrible don’t recommend!!!!

The movers were courteous and cleaned everything up when finished. They were very efficient.

The guys were great. Very friendly. Nice to see a fellow Bruin on the team.

Absolutely amazing! Ive had a lot of movers but Hunter and Rodony (Red) were incredible. Gave me some great tips and helped ensure things got done in a timely fasion. My move was from LA to Portland and very stressful but these guys helped ensure it was piece of cake.

Juan and David did an awesome job. I had a really difficult apartment to get into and they made it happen. Would recommend these guys to any of my friends who are moving.

They were amazing. We reached out needing help with a move that had a quick turn-around, and they were great at communicating and helping us deal with our situation.

Pick up and delivery happened on time, and customer service was top-notch throughout.

I’d definitely recommend.

Called late on a Friday morning needing a same-day move (urgent relocation due to mold issues, moving within same building same floor). Nothing packed, nothing prepped, zero notice. Briana (coordinator/dispatcher) found two movers free that afternoon and got us scheduled.

Hunter and Redani were absolutely outstanding. They walked into a completely unprepared apartment and made it all just work. They were professional, adaptable, and genuinely kind about a situation that was nobody’s idea of a normal job. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and moved in perfect condition. They were thoughtful and understood our need to plan the sequence of events around our cats.

This move could have easily been a complete nightmare. Hunter & Redani turned it into a manageable afternoon and we had all our furniture and major pieces moved in under 4 hours. Incredible. Highly recommend.

Blocking 3 lanes of traffic because the driver doesn’t know how to reverse. Joke of a company how can they move if they can’t drive.

Meathead Movers did an incredible job with my move. Ricardo and his team was professional, efficient, and handled all my belongings with great care, making what is usually a stressful day feel completely seamless.

Ricardo and co worked with amazing speed and took great care of the items I wanted moved. Would 1000% use them again and/or refer them to anybody who needs skilled and efficient workers to move their items.

Joseph & Kevin did a great job! These two young men have bright futures! $580, 11 texts/ emails and at least 6 signatures to move one queen bed about 20 miles. Job completed.

Excellent all around. The guys did a great job. Professional and respectful.
