Daniel Martinez is originally from Temecula, California, and earned his associate’s degree from Palomar College before completing his bachelor’s degree in business management at CSU San Marcos. A former high school soccer defender, Daniel brings the same teamwork, discipline, and strategic mindset to his professional career.
Before joining Meathead Movers, Daniel built a strong foundation in sales and customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he advanced through multiple promotions and developed his expertise in relationship-building and problem-solving. He later joined Enterprise Truck Rental before transitioning to the Meathead team as a Territory Sales Manager.
Known for his empathy, active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, Daniel is passionate about helping people and creating positive customer experiences. He was drawn to Meathead Movers because of the company’s professionalism, commitment to quality, and people-first culture.
In his role, Daniel enjoys meeting new people, building relationships throughout the community, and supporting families during important life transitions. Guided by his Christian faith, he values giving back and serving others whenever he can.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, cheering on the Chargers and Padres, and relaxing through the occasional gaming session with friends.

Virgilio Aban is the Operations Manager for Meathead Movers’ Temecula branch. A Murrieta/Temecula native, he grew up in the area and attended Murrieta Mesa High School, where he played football and was part of the school orchestra. Today, he gets to serve the same community he’s always called home — and says the region’s growth, paired with its enduring sense of community, is what he loves most about working there.

Before joining Meathead Movers, Virgilio worked as a real estate salesperson, building a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and helping people navigate major decisions. Since coming on board, he’s grown through roles spanning operations, training, customer service, scheduling, staffing, and team development — experience that shaped his path into operations leadership. He was drawn to Meathead Movers by its emphasis on hard work, accountability, and growth, and found he genuinely loves the challenge of operations: improving both the customer and employee experience.

Virgilio brings communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership to the job, with a knack for finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done. Right now, he’s focused on growing the Temecula branch and building a strong, consistent team — helping employees develop into leaders along the way.

Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, listening to music, and diving deep into whatever random topic catches his interest.

The only drawback that I experienced was not being prepared on my end. So my only advice is because these guys are very efficient. Have your stuff packed and organized 2 days before because when they come in, they’re about getting the job done.
I’d also like to mention that they were very careful about not only moving the items that needed to be moved but, they also were very cautious to bring blankets to cover doorways and minimize any damages.
Lastly, I would totally recommend Meathead movers for any big moves.
