The name Coto de Caza, which means game preserve in Spanish, is fitting for this small community, which is steeped in nature. Those who are moving to Coto de Caza will find that this quiet, upscale community offers a great array of recreation and entertainment opportunities in a stunning setting. At Meathead Movers, we’re proud to be your Coto de Caza movers of choice.
Coto de Caza is located south of Rancho Santa Margarita and just east of Route 241. While the community is in a relatively isolated area of Southern California, residents can access Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties via the toll roads of the Foothill Transportation Corridor quite easily. The community has recently gained notoriety as the setting for the popular TV show The Real Housewives of Orange County.
One of the chief attractions of Coto de Caza is the Thomas F. Riley Wilderness Park, which surrounds the community on its eastern, northern, and southern borders. The park is made up of nearly 500 acres of recreation facilities, including extensive equestrian and hiking trails. The area is extremely popular with horse enthusiasts and has even hosted some equestrian and shooting events during the 1984 Summer Olympics.
Because Coto de Caza is a gated community, residents enjoy the comfort of knowing that they are protected by private security guards, California Highway Patrol officers, and Orange County Sheriff’s Department officers. The community is considered very safe and is a great choice for individuals who want to raise families. Kids in the area attend Capistrano Unified High School District schools or private Catholic schools.

Local Residential Move in Coto de Caza
Was told two trucks and signed agreement saying such. At time of move only one came and without notice. The hourly rate was reduced but not as much as I believe it should have. Movers were inexperienced and overall it was overpriced considering everything. I would not recommend Meathead to others.
