Not every move requires the same level of service. Some customers simply need professional movers who will safely transport their belongings. Others want a completely hands-off experience where every detail is managed for them. That is why we created our Great, Greater, and Greatest service options.

Great:

Our Great package delivers what every Meathead client should expect: Real athlete movers, a dedicated move manager, utility setup assistance, our Great Start Concierge service, our Greatness Guarantee(s), professional packing materials and home protection systems. This level is designed for customers who want a premium moving experience with expert support throughout the process.

Greater

The Greater package expands upon everything included in Great by adding additional convenience services such as: Post-move cardboard recycling, box drop-off programs, enhanced concierge support, additional move coordination services. This option is ideal for busy families and professionals who want more assistance before and after their move.

Greatest:

The Greatest package is our white glove moving experience. It includes everything offered in Great and Greater, along with: Pre-move home staging support, packing services, unpacking / Getting Settled In services, a highly personalized relocation experience. This package is designed for clients who want the most convenient and stress-free move possible.

Our movers are recruited from athletic backgrounds and trained through our military-inspired 400-point training program. Damage Guarantee for Your Belongings

If an item is damaged during the move, we will repair or replace it up to your selected valuation coverage. Most moving companies just offer a pathetic $.60 per pound coverage which is between meaningless and insulting.

On-Time Arrival Guarantee

If we arrive late, we discount your move by $100.

Property Damage Guarantee

If we damage your home, office, walls, floors, doors, railings, or any part of the origin or destination property during your move, we take responsibility and make it right. We use floor runners, door jamb protectors, and other protective systems to safeguard your home throughout the moving process.

Fair Refund Assurance

If a mover or packer is not meeting our standards, tell us immediately. We will address the issue, replace team members if necessary, provide appropriate credits, and make things right.
