The guys were great though I feel that time was taken away from the job while they were training the new guy. I feel that it Last name removed have gone quite a bit faster if wed had 3 experienced movers rather than two and in turn we would have saved $.

The movers are quick and professional. They were thorough and polite.

I knew that it would be professional from past experience. The movers were personable and outgoing, helpful and friendly. They were right on time, if not a little early. They worked hard and got the Uhaul truck loaded very quickly. Two areas for improvement: ) I had trouble completing signatures/approval for your online work order form because of my old computer. So I printed it off and mailed it in. And even though I had 3 phone conversations where your staff confirmed all was well, I kept getting computer email that my work order was to be canceled, since I had not finished the form on line. 2) I gave my credit card number at the time that I made the reservation and placed the work order. Yet the movers had to call your office for verification/approval of this number after the truck was full loaded. There was what felt like a very long delay because the office phone was busy. Since you take the credit card number at reservation time, preverify it then, rather than delaying everyone after the load is done.

I liked that you had a maximum price that my move would not exceed. The mentors were very easy to talk with and responded to any of our requests in a positive way. All of the men working were polite and courteous. They were very hard workers and had good attitudes. It was quite amazing to see them work! I have two suggestions for your movers. They should never put boxes on any furniture. Also, our move was on a very hot day and they put a glass tabletop from an outdoor table on the lawn. It stayed here for quite some time and it burned the lawn. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the move and the movers. Communication was fantastic, including the followup call from Jerrett a couple of days after the move to make sure all was well. We did have some damage to our sectional and several scratches in the top of our dining room table that we have been assured will be taken care of. Thank you for an overall positive experience during a very stressful time.

Every point of contact from the first call to the move itself inspired confidence. Professional, courteous, organized, and efficient are all words that I would use to characterize Meathead Movers. Thank you!

I'd like to use this space more to express my disappointment with your minimum rate of 3 hours, because it highly discourages gratuity on jobs like mine that only took 1.5 hours to complete. It's my understanding that your employees do not get compensated for 3 full hours of work while your company is paid for 3 full hours of work. How could you expect clients to tip your hardworking, well-deserving employees when they are already paying $150+ more than they should be?

I understand the need for minimum rates, but consider being more flexible for the benefit of your employees. Despite this obvious flaw, I'd recommend Meathead Movers to anyone who asked.

You guys understand customer service at a level that few other companies do. I loved the attitude and character of our movers in addition to their stellar performance. This is the gold standard of moving companies.
