Biography

Peter joins Team Meathead with decades of experience in managing Call Centers. Peter managed some of the largest call centers in the area including UPS, Rabobank and Mechanics Bank. Peter is an accomplished motivational speaker and salesperson. He is organized and structured, and uses data analysis and data mining to push his teams to reach goals within the companies he’s managed. He has overseen everything from training to quality to staffing to facilities, as well as managed contracts, rewritten training materials, created mentoring programs and incentive programs.

Peter is the perfect leader for our outstanding Call Center. Self-care is a top priority for Peter. He has a personal goal of walking 10 miles a day to maintain his fitness and boost endorphins. He hopes to inspire others within the company to join him on his health and wellness journey! Outside of work, Peter is a big fan of old vehicles (ask him about his 1960 Impala) and riding his Harley Davidson.
