staff was courteous, professional, and extra helpful

They were one and a half hours later than scheduled! This put us in more traffic which was charged at double driving time. The damage to the furniture was minor, but will still take a couple of hours of our time to repair and was only credited at $60. The movers were very nice and did a competent job. Regarding making it right- we are currently scheduled to complete our move with you on 10/28 at 9am. You need to be on time and not charge for any add ons/supplies.

This was an extremely hard move as we were moving my grandparents to an assisted living facility. Both of the movers that helped us were very courteous and kind and even let my grandma sit in her chair until the very last moment. Everyone was wonderful when I called in to change the date of the move it was easy all the movers were wonderful and helpful. I couldn't be happier!

1 1/2 hours late (some do to traffic) and when unloading my VERY large and old big screen TV, they dropped it. We did power it on and it worked. It was like college kids doing something with no good direction. Only 2 people were good, Sam and Luke.

They were in and out, no goofing off! Great workers!

Logan and Joshua were organized, very helpful and smart in loading and unloading the furniture. Both locations have hardwood floors and they were very careful not to scratch either the furniture or the floors. They required a minimum of direction to arrange furniture and boxes and leave the boxes accessible for unpacking. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks for sending us such a great crew.

The three movers arrived at the assigned time & where very helpful and had solutions for all challenges presented to them. The move was very quick but, safe. They gave my wife and I a true sense of confidence that was very reassuring. Thanks Guys!
