Excellent service, very professional movers- nothing scratched or broken. I use Meathead every time I have to move!

From the beginning when I spoke with Garrett he put me at such ease going over everything so carefully and patiently and had an incredibly upbeat attitude and a real willingness to help. I appreciated the text updates and the pics of the movers and then Morgan touched base twice before the move. But boy, when they all arrived and started working and communicating with us, we all just couldn’t get over how professional, kind, friendly, beyond helpful with every little item and big item they were. We all commented how immensely impressed we were with them and we actually don’t experience that a whole lot these days, sadly. They somehow fit all our stuff into a 10x15 storage unit and we couldn’t believe our eyes. Well done. Highly impressed , and would love the same crew when we find the right place and move our things out of storage. Thank you for hiring great men and training them so well.

2 items were broken visibly and although we received compensation for the lamp we did not for the trunk wheels. Also, the movers did a horrible job reassembling my son's bed and broke several slats and completely left off a side panel that would require a complete take down and rebuild to replace. The service rep who met with us over promised and the movers under delivered. As the most expensive moving company we expected a much better experience and we were left underwhelmed with the service. We are still finding issues with our furniture-banged up legs and missing screws/parts. It is a big disappointment as we had read such great reviews from others.
