The crew working both days did a great job. The frustrating part was mainly around scheduling. A couple days prior to the move both the packers and movers were pushed back to an 11am start time. This wasn’t a major impact on the packing, but it extended the moving day to where we didn’t finish until 8pm. Basically the movers couldn’t put everything where it needed to go because my kids (1,2, and 4) needed to go to bed So we just called it good and I would have to finish the rest on my own. In addition to the late start, we only had 1 truck and 4 guys for 75% of the day opposed to 5 guys and 2 trucks which was scheduled. This of course slowed everything down, especially with missing the second truck. With both trucks, loading would’ve been much easier and way more efficient. After setting a plan to head to the new house to unload truck 1, I got a call 45 minutes later that they wanted me to turn around and come back from the new house uNtil the second truck arrived so it could be loaded. The second truck finally arrived an hour later and was loaded. There were just a lot of things that turned the day from being done closer to 4 and had us not finish until 8, and really we couldn’t finish the way I would’ve liked. I was just disappointed in the overall scheduling and planning on the part of Meathead. Most things just didn’t run very smooth and caused a lot of inefficiencies, which of course cost me more money in the long run.

Transparent Honest Timely

The service we received was NOT AT ALL what was promised. 1. We were promised 3 movers. TWO arrived. 2. They began at 9:30 and did not leave our origin until 3:09!! The impact of having just 2 movers definitely affected their timing and efficiency. 4. As of 4:55 pm, they still have NOT arrived to our new home. 5. I am so unsatisfied with this company. I chose a very quality price, expecting quality customer service and care. This is unacceptable. The 2 movers were very kind and hardworking. But, it was NOT enough! 6. Yes, you did offer an hourly rate discount, BUT it’s taken over 8 hours and they have NOT yet arrived to our house. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

The movers know time is of that essence and that it should be spent moving items quickly, but safe and securely.

Excellent customer service

These movers were so fast and efficient! Mind blowing!!! They obviously played with legos as kids because they knew how to stack the back of the truck and still keep everything safe.
