No Transport Residential Move in Rancho Santa Margarita
Very professional staff. I got exactly what I asked for and more with Logan and Anthony. Both worked fast and efficiently and knew how to load a upack trailer. Even the upack driver said it was the best job he has seen! Both still had great customer service in the heat and up and down two flights of stairs! Would highly recommend you guys just too bad we can't use you guys again on the east coast!!!
very professional and efficient!

Local Residential Move from Rancho Santa Margarita to Foothill Ranch
This was the second time we used meathead movers. The first experience was amazing. This time we feel like the move took much longer than it should have, which resulted in us being charged hundreds of dollars more than we believed it should have cost. The movers were very nice and moved our furniture with care, but they were not running most of the time when not carrying items, and seemed inefficient with some of the process. They didn't seem like they needed to hurry, which concerns me considering every 15 minutes is very costly. Because of this, my husband and I felt the need to help move items ourselves in order to cut down on time. We didn't help at all last time. By the end of the move, I asked the movers to stop putting the beds together and just get the boxes off the truck because my husband was upset that they were not finished yet. I was presented with a chair to sit in to direct the movers as they were unpacking items but did not sit in at all because of the fear the move would not get done as quickly as It should. This move was stressful for us. Last time was stress free. My husband feels like we got ripped off and would like a refund for the extra hours we paid for because of the leisurely pace of the movers.
There were 2 issues. First, one of the movers was suffering from the heat. He was very slow, complained about nausea and dry heaves. I offered him water and something to eat. He continued to feel poorly, resulting in very slow work from him. Second, one of the movers slipped on our stairs, and crashed into a mirror on the wall, which is a massive mirror...about 4 feet wide and 11 feet tall. He shattered the mirror and lacerated his leg, requiring a trip to urgent care. I thank God that the injury was not too severe, as the heavy mirror breaking left 2-3 foot shards of thick glass. It could have been much more severe, so I am grateful for that. However, now we are left with property damage which we need to fix ASAP to rent the house. Every day that passes without repair is costing us $130.00. I am grateful that he is ok, but his accident is costing us a lot of money. I am getting an estimate for mirror replacement, which I expect to be around $1400.00. That, plus losing $130.00 every day that is delayed, has made this a very bad outcome for us. Other than all of this, the rest of the crew was friendly and worked very hard (except for about 45 min around the time of the injury)
