I was told when the movers arrived that they would need to go over one hour but would complete everything. Then I was told they would need an additional hour to get everything done. After going 2 hours over, everything was still not done. I just wish we could get an honest estimate upfront about how long the move will take.

Movers were slower than expected and did not seem to hustle. Also left a large dirt mark on our mattress.

The ease of scheduling, the friendly staff at all points of contact, the movers themselves. The past two moves (one to storage, and now storage to our new home) have been a breeze with the help of Meatheads. You folks are awesome!
