The customer service representative I spoke with initially was professional and explained all the terms of the agreement completely. The fellows who did the actual move were prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. The entire transaction was clean and smooth.

It would had been helpful to have packing materials available to pack kitchen. I did tell the person on the phone I needed the kitchen packed. We had to wait until a person arrived with boxes. Helpful too, would have been if the person needed ONG deliver boxes could have left once it was known boxes and materials for fragile items were needed.
