The movers did an excellent job! They were all courteous but especially the head mover made sure to be very communicative. It was fast & efficient - our easiest move yet (and we’ve done a lot!).

Sales agent did not say anything about Standby. I specifically told Jack that I needed a 1000 to 1200 moving window because I had new furniture being delivered to my new home in the afternoon. Everything was fine he said and on the day of the move it completely disrupted all of my arrangements.

It took 4 men 4 hours to pack our office up, it took them less than 2 hours to unpack at our new location. When I went to the office to check why it was taking so long, they were in no hurry. When I told them it was taking way too long, the leader said it was due to wrapping which might be true if they didn't have to unwrap everything at the new location and it did not take 4 hours to unwrap and unload. At the new location, they were moving much faster. I don't know if this is how you charge people more than they should pay....by having them take longer to pack but I am not happy with the final number of hours. I have moved offices in my past and it did not take this much time. We had everything boxed up and ready for them. They only needed to wrap and load. You can make it right by refunding the 1.75 hours for the unload. This job should not have taken more than 4 hours total.
