Excellent service, very friendly, no complaints were made by the movers when furniture was requested to be moved to a different room after unpacking.

They were great! Very careful, on time and very nice. I will be using them again on my next move. Hopefully to let them do the whole house next time. Great experience. Thank you guys!

I realize that these movers work hard and wearing a mask isn't ideal, but unfortunately that's what we expect of anyone entering our house. After I answered the door and the movers saw I was wearing a mask, one of them turned and smirked at the other signaling they would have to put on their masks. They were pretty good about wearing them most of the time, but not all of the time. I hate to be a stickler about this issue, but we're much more sensitive now that my Dad is undergoing lung cancer treatment and our jobs force us to have to have my Mom look after the kids a few times a week. But the biggest headscratcher for me was, when dismantling our beds they were having difficulty with some of the screws and bolts. I was told many of them were stripped. But having put those beads together myself I knew for certain that one or maybe two max may have been my fault. I became even more certain as I noticed they were trying to use plyers on a hex-head self-tapping screw. I asked why they hadn't tried using a socket and was told that they aren't provided a socket set. Really?? When dismantling furniture is a big part of what a moving company does, you can't provide your guys with a socket set?? Other than that, the service was great and the movers were really nice and polite. Everything was perfectly wrapped and delivered exactly where I wanted. One of the movers even did a couple of backflips on the front lawn which my kids absolutely LOVED!
