Some of the movers were not adequately experienced and as a result we lost some pegs from our bookshelves. We also sustained quite a few scratches and gouges from transporting sofas downstairs. Not all of the movers exhibited the level of hustle I expected. Antonio was great - very responsive and customer service oriented. The initial inquiries about damage repair left me unsure that I could resolve matters before close of the sale of the property, but my interaction this afternoon with Allison from QA was very satisfactory.
