Exemplary customer service. Making all arrangements was made simple even when we had to make some changes and adjustments. The contract was clear and easily understood. Everything was accomplished on time exactly as promised and our two movers, Michael and Ivan could not have been nicer or more professional.

The princess packers need training. One lamp was broken because they did not use bubble wrap on a glass tiffany shade, several porcelain pieces were also not wrapped in bubble wrap, miracle they made it. One of the wrappers also double taped boxes which was very hard to cut open. I love your service and would love to see some training, so I could feel comfortable recommending you. Everyone is so nice and helpful, so your people are great.
