The movers damaged a wall and door. Trying to have a discussion with a claims person has been impossible, The current policy calls for 3 bids to repair, and wait 30-60 days for a review. I sold my house, and the buyers are scheduled to do their final walk through this week. Getting three quotes, and waiting for approve is ridiculous, and not realistic when someone is moving out due to a sale.
