Train the staff to load. I sent them home because they jacked up loading the truck. They were wonderful guys they just didn't understand that solid objects packed in a truck for1500 miles will rub damage. I told them how I wanted it loaded with several flat extremely heavy items loaded to the front wall. At the end of the day I ended up with a plate glass table top strapped to the wall of the truck with several pieces of very heavy metal chairs dollies and hard wood furniture. Some slight corrections to their mindset would make them a great crew.
