The boys were efficient and moved very quickly.

Speed of move, friendly staff, efficient use of time.

A little more focus to detail would really be the only suggestion. Our crew failed to bring the dryer exhaust tube thingy, missed our hall closet entirely (and also the tool shed, both of which were pointed out to the estimator and the crew mentor/leader), and lost almost all of the little separator thingies for our glass table tops, plus a few shelf pegs. None of this would be much of a big deal except they either didn't notice or decided not to inform us, so that we found each oversight piecemeal, later, in an inconvenient way. Overall pretty pleased, just less than perfect.
