	Everything. The guy who came to estimate was professional and friendly and knowledgeable. The 3 movers were smart, polite and very good at what they did. The move went very smoothly. I liked how the movers were happy and considerate and respectful of each other. As a result, they cooperated well together, and with us.

	There was a big mistake with our 3 drawer metal files. The guys did not remove the drawers before attempting To move them. The carried them down stairs and upstairs . All our papers came out of folders and are in other files. This will take us so much time to reorganize. Also the floor was scratched while moving these files because they were just Too heavy . The scratches were pointed out just today.She is planning on charging us for the damage We were impressed with their hard work, but they need more information on the profession of moving Furniture Nancy weiss
