I have been in contact with customer service and I am waiting for a return call from the Operations Manager. First, I requested the movers throw away a mattress and frame in the dumpster. They did not and did not tell me therefore I received a call from my landlord which resulted in an extra 2 hour drive to throw the bed into the dumpster. Second, one of the movers threw away a bag of valuable possesions including priceless jewelry and my social security card. Thus, I will not be recommending you or using your services again.

Doug and Robert were Prompt, Courteous, Careful, Cheerful and Well Trained and this is probably the best move I've had in my life! The pads were clean and not worn and they wrapped each and every piece in padding and saran wrap! The truck was clean and the men were young, strong, efficient and were dressed neatly in their Meathead uniforms. What more can I say? I totally recommend the company and the personnel.
